DCPS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,920 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSANTD2, ATM, and SLAMF1. Each is linked with DCPS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCPS-to-partner and partner-to-DCPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCPS versus MSANTD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
