DCPS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY16P, SNORD62A, and LINC01072. Each is linked with DCPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCPS-to-partner and partner-to-DCPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY16P grouped by DCPS-low versus DCPS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
