DCP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,859 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL16, MRPS10, and MRPS16. Each is linked with DCP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCP2-to-partner and partner-to-DCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCP2 versus MRPL16 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
