DCP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,742 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLEC1, MYBL2, and SPEF2. Each is linked with DCP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCP2-to-partner and partner-to-DCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCP2 versus DLEC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
