DCP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,368 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00850, RNU1-14P, and RPS17P7. Each is linked with DCP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCP2-to-partner and partner-to-DCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00850 grouped by DCP2-low versus DCP2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
