Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and ERK2. Each is linked with DCP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCP2-to-partner and partner-to-DCP2 results are reported.
