DCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,702 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGH, KXD1, and STN1. Each is linked with DCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCN-to-partner and partner-to-DCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGH grouped by DCN-low versus DCN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
