Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCLRE1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,609 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCLRE1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC20_T70, RRM2, and MCM2. Each is linked with DCLRE1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCLRE1B-to-partner and partner-to-DCLRE1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCLRE1B versus CDC20_T70 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCLRE1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCLRE1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
