DCLRE1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCLRE1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,844 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCLRE1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX20, POLA1, and CDC7. Each is linked with DCLRE1B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCLRE1B-to-partner and partner-to-DCLRE1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCLRE1B versus DDX20 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCLRE1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCLRE1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
