Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCLRE1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,862 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCLRE1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomeric 3' overhang formation, Protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere, and Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with DCLRE1B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCLRE1B-to-partner and partner-to-DCLRE1B results are reported.
