DCLK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCLK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,252 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCLK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, MMP2, and AEBP1. Each is linked with DCLK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCLK2-to-partner and partner-to-DCLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCLK2 versus CNN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
