DCLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eIF4E, and MEK1. Each is linked with DCLK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCLK2-to-partner and partner-to-DCLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by DCLK2-low versus DCLK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
