DCLK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCLK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCLK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAZ, PAI-1, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with DCLK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCLK1-to-partner and partner-to-DCLK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAZ grouped by DCLK1-low versus DCLK1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCLK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCLK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
