Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCK data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DCK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, KIRP, and GBM are the cancer types where DCK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
