DCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-663P, TRAJ11, and C4A-AS1. Each is linked with DCK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCK-to-partner and partner-to-DCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-663P grouped by DCK-low versus DCK-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
