DCHS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCHS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCHS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and ASNS. Each is linked with DCHS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCHS2-to-partner and partner-to-DCHS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCHS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCHS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
