DCDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,359 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCDC2_S270, WDR19, and RHPN2_S642. Each is linked with DCDC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCDC2-to-partner and partner-to-DCDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCDC2 versus DCDC2_S270 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
