DCDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,473 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KAAG1, SERP2, and SMIM22. Each is linked with DCDC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCDC2-to-partner and partner-to-DCDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCDC2 versus KAAG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
