DCDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src_pY527, EGFR_pY1068, and Smad3. Each is linked with DCDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCDC2-to-partner and partner-to-DCDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src_pY527 grouped by DCDC2-low versus DCDC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
