DCDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,578 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCA5L, CCDC30, and DNAH7. Each is linked with DCDC1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DCDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCDC1 versus LCA5L in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
