DCDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Chk1, and FoxM1. Each is linked with DCDC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DCDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by DCDC1-low versus DCDC1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
