DCDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,081 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVPL, TRPS1, and RYR1. Each is linked with DCDC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DCDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EVPL grouped by DCDC1-low versus DCDC1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
