DCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP1-GIMAP5, MTCYBP27, and NDUFB4P7. Each is linked with DCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCD-to-partner and partner-to-DCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMAP1-GIMAP5 grouped by DCD-low versus DCD-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
