DCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 388 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LACRT, USP17L15, and DEFB108B. Each is linked with DCD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCD-to-partner and partner-to-DCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCD versus LACRT in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
