DCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SVIL, TRAF7, and RPE65. Each is linked with DCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCD-to-partner and partner-to-DCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SVIL grouped by DCD-low versus DCD-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
