DCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G2, PGLYRP3, and OR1G1. Each is linked with DCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCD-to-partner and partner-to-DCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G2 grouped by DCD-low versus DCD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
