DCC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,511 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM23, KLF12, and PDE4B. Each is linked with DCC in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCC-to-partner and partner-to-DCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
