Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCBLD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCBLD2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DCBLD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCBLD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where DCBLD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
