DCBLD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCBLD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,301 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCBLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDJ2, GEMIN8P3, and RAB9BP1. Each is linked with DCBLD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCBLD2-to-partner and partner-to-DCBLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDJ2 grouped by DCBLD2-low versus DCBLD2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCBLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCBLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
