DCBLD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCBLD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCBLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PACSIN2, and IL2RB. Each is linked with DCBLD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCBLD1-to-partner and partner-to-DCBLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD3 grouped by DCBLD1-low versus DCBLD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCBLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCBLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
