Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCBLD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,134 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCBLD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis, Cellular response to abiotic stimulus, and Cellular response to environmental stimulus. Each is linked with DCBLD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCBLD1-to-partner and partner-to-DCBLD1 results are reported.
