Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCANP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,393 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCANP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of leukocyte proliferation, Positive regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, and Granulocyte migration. Each is linked with DCANP1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCANP1-to-partner and partner-to-DCANP1 results are reported.
