Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCANP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCANP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, Chk2, and Raptor. Each is linked with DCANP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCANP1-to-partner and partner-to-DCANP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by DCANP1-low versus DCANP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCANP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCANP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
