Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCAKD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCAKD data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DCAKD Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCAKD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where DCAKD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
