DCAF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP72, MED15P4, and RNU6-503P. Each is linked with DCAF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF8-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP72 grouped by DCAF8-low versus DCAF8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
