Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF4L1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,904 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCAF4L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WAPL, WIPI1, and NOS1. Each is linked with DCAF4L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF4L1-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF4L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WAPL grouped by DCAF4L1-low versus DCAF4L1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF4L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF4L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
