Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCAF4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCAF4 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DCAF4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCAF4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where DCAF4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
