DCAF17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1085P, SDR42E1P1, and FAM236A. Each is linked with DCAF17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF17-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1085P grouped by DCAF17-low versus DCAF17-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
