Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,053 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NELFA, NELFB, and PDS5A_T1208. Each is linked with DCAF16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF16-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF16 results are reported.
