Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,028 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Regulation of DNA repair, and Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with DCAF16 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF16-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF16 results are reported.
