DCAF15

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,852 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIOK1, MCM8, and SNRPG. Each is linked with DCAF15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF15-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF15 versus RIOK1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
