DCAF15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4431, RNA5SP59, and RNU6-128P. Each is linked with DCAF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF15-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4431 grouped by DCAF15-low versus DCAF15-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
