DCAF15

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,550 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC2L, GNB3, and CARMIL2. Each is linked with DCAF15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF15-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF15 versus TRAPPC2L in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
