The most reproducible DCAF13P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGHV3OR16-12, REXO4_S111, and RPL7L1. Each is linked with DCAF13P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF13P1-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF13P1 results are reported.
