DCAF12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC3, BSPRY, and SMU1. Each is linked with DCAF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF12-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
