Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,502 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Regulation of G0 to G1 transition. Each is linked with DCAF12 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF12-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF12 results are reported.
