DCAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, ASNS, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with DCAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF1-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by DCAF1-low versus DCAF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
