DCAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL18, CST4, and BMP15. Each is linked with DCAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF1-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL18 grouped by DCAF1-low versus DCAF1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
