DBT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DBT mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,061 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA10, NEGR1, and TP53BP1. Each is linked with DBT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBT-to-partner and partner-to-DBT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABCA10 grouped by DBT-low versus DBT-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
