Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DBR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DBR1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DBR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DBR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, SARC, and HNSC are the cancer types where DBR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
